Terrible, just terrible! Wait was 20 minutes and the food was overpriced and of very bad quality. Service was also terrible. Many tables were available but dirty, but multiple parties were waiting to eat. There was mold on my father’s salad, and the steak on my po boy was way over well done. Lastly, don’t order the wings. It’s all bone and very little meat and is impossible to eat. If there was a zero star rating I would rate this restaurant that.

Horrible bbq, worse service. Lunch menu is a complete joke. Waited over an hour for food to come out, then another 20 minutes for the bill. Most of the restaurants at Atlantis don’t suffer from the poor service that you would expect from a place that auto-adds gratuity. Virgil’s is an exception. Entire staff is just not interested and does not care.
