If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. First and foremost look at a lot of the other reviews. The service is HORRIBLE and I have been to many of these restaurants all over the world! The food was about normal but they had no Land Shark! Really? They don't even have their own beer. By the way if you actually have the tenacity to go to this place after reading the reviews KEEP YOU RECEIPT! Our waitress added her own $30 tip and that's of course after you have to pay a mandatory 15% gratuity and 7.5% VAT. Of course this had to be turned over as fraudulent charges because the corporate headquarters has no phone number and they DO NOT answer the emails sent to them. Good luck and eat somewhere else.

Generally enjoyed the place. Been there three times and went there tonight for our final meal in the Bahamas and the service was shocking. Waitress looked at us like we walked in her house on Christmas Day and pissed on her kids. Brought us our bill before we'd finished, then returned a few minutes later looking for payment. I was going to stay longer, but thought with that attitude I'd rather leave. Then my son forgot his prescription sunglasses. Went back a minute later and the table clean and no glasses handed in.........

Monday evening at 5:45 pm in January seems to be the best time to go. With some of the reviews here our expectations weren't very high but our cheeseburgers were in front of us within 25 minutes of us taking our seats. Service from Donna was very good and other members of staff checked in with us to ensure we were happy. The burgers were tasty. The only criticisms are that the place is in need of some maintenance and the imposition of the service charge for small groups. I prefer to give gratuities directly to the person who earned them because I don't trust management to pass service charges on to their staff.
