On June 5, 2018, my fiancé and I were enjoying a birthday dinner a Cleo when one of our phones was stolen by a busser at the restaurant. He is a tall, slim, Bahamian with dread style hair about chin length. This phone had baby photos that were not backed up and are now lost forever. This individual also logged in to all of our accounts and requested explicit photos from friends of ours. Hyatt on site Security failed to do any sort of investigation and only documented everything in a spiral notebook. We have contacted Hyatt corporate which is now investigating. If you stay here, or anywhere in the Bahamas, keep an eagle eye on your personal items. I hope this person gets what he deserves eventually.

My daughter made reservations for our 40th anniversary. They rushed us brought out the main course cold while we still had our appetizers. Would not take it back. They said this is the way the Resturant is Family Style whatever that means. They were rude and would not do a thing. Food was nothing special and the service was atrocious

Not a good experience poor service food was good. Called ahead to ask if take away was an option since restaurant is usually booked days in advance. Was told we can order takeaway after arriving at the restaurant. Upon our arrival the front hostess says she will go check with someone she was not sure what to do. She then proceeded to have a casual conversation with several staff and possibly manager while we wait for several minutes. After being ignored started to walk away then the assistant at the front desk intervened to help. Bad customer service.

We had made reservations to celebrate our daughter's 25th birthday on December 29 2017 with a group of approximately 20 friends and family. However, just days before the event she called to confirm and was informed that the reservation had been cancelled! Unbelievable! She didn't cancel and we were most disappointed. No explanation was given as to why her reservation was cancelled. We were forced to make alternate plans at a short notice.
