I have been in the service industry for 7 years, so I understand when there are delays and get that everyone has a bad day but the service here was horrible. The bartender that helped us out wouldn't even acknowledge me. Anytime I asked for a drink or silverware she would seem inconvenienced. I never tip under 20% but I will not give someone my hard earned money for terrible service. I will not be returning.

Our son wanted to have a new t-shirt so we decided to stay eat here. Strange enough the steak and shake restaurant has a more prominent place in the hotel. The Hooters restaurant is a bit further in the casino. The restaurant was clean but it missed the Hooters ambiance, servers didn't pay much attention to the guests. Unfortunately no small kids sizes in shirts either.

We had dinner here. The food was excellent and our server Jenny, was on her game. She was the best took outstanding care of us and about 5 other tables at once. She was constantly making sure we had what we needed. Honestly, we have been here a week and eaten at some fine establishments, Gordon Ramsey's for one, this was better both food and service. Thank you Jenny!!
