Great Mexican food. Fresh, affordable and fast. Definitely try the guacamole and salsa with the fried plantain chips.

I went last week with my friend so is a vegetarian and they have many options for her to choose from. Whether you are a vegetarian or not this place has got great dishes. I ordered a Fajita Del Rey Bowl with a Al Pastor Taco on the side and a Strawberry Basil Limeade Drink that came in a cute little mason jar (that of which you cannot take home). The Fajita Del Rey Bowl is one of my favorite bowls there and it is barely spicy with the chipotle sauce. The Al Pastor taco, on the other hand, was spicy so beware if you're sensitive to spiciness. The flavor of it was well worth the burning mouth. It has a couple of pineapple chunks in it with the meat and it's the perfect blend of sweet and salty. If you're against pineapple in anything warm I highly suggest trying this Taco. The Strawberry Basil Limeade was good but in my opinion wasn't sweet enough. I usually add a sugar cube that they have there and even though it doesn't dissolve in the drink it's still makes a small difference as you suck it up with the drink and get a little crunchiness to chew on. We went 30 minutes before closing and the service was still great. I don't suggest going that late before their closing time because as a previous worker with experience in that kind of situation it's not fun. But they took care of us no problem. Plus the food came out pretty quickly. Highly recommend you to come and try it out. I suggest the Fajita Del Rey Bowl with the chef recommendation or the Street Corn Bowl with chicken tinga!

So frustrated with myself that I did not try this place sooner! I’ve been working through the sides and proteins and haven’t come across one yet that I didn’t like. Who knew you could get two tacos, tortilla soup and another side for $10 in Venice?! So good.

Great food, with a wonderful vegan focus for those who are inclined. The vegan waffle with ice "cream" was a blast. Great drinks too! Service wasn't the fastest, but if you're in no rush it's a great place.
