Mexicue has really good Mexican food. Their service is quick and very friendly. They do get a bit busy around lunch and after work hours but the food is well worth the wait. They usually have happy hours specials on drinks (servers are usually pretty upfront about the special today). I'd highly recommend their tacos.

Pro- Chris our waiter, was world class. He is phenomenal... and his customer service + genuine care that we were taken care of was extremely impressive. Con-I ate here a few times last week and it was a disaster. Although they advertise as being friendly to those with a gluten allergy, but lo and behold, the first time I went last week, I was given not one, but TWO items that contained gluten after being assured repeatedly that they were safe (not to mention being assured that the slider buns were gluten-free, too, which, I knew better than to trust). When our waiter advised us to alert the GM, the GM could not have been less sympathetic. After he came over to the table for a half-hearted apology, I overheard the manager when Chris lobbied for us to get some kind of remedy after I had been violently ill from their food the the prior two days, (the manager) replied "We don't take care of customers like that here". TOTALLY unprofessional on the part of the GM. So disappointing. A server was more on point than the GM (and other servers, from the prior experienfce)! I run a business in which customer service is paramount (much like the restaurant industry) and i would have fired the GM on the spot to replace with someone who actually understands how to issue-solve and the value of reputation (like Chris!)

Really awesome Mexican food! It's a really cool chic spot perfect to come with friends after work. There's plenty of space to sit and the music sets a very upbeat vibe. I love their salad in particular especially the one with black beans, sweet potato and kale! It's a taste of heaven with all the guacomole on top!
