Excellent food. Attentive but not oppressive service. Excellent space to eat and drink in. And all set in the beautiful Presidio. We had dinner there but I hear that brunch is superb too. We will be back.

The outside looks old and mediocre, but I was surprised by how good the food was. The truffle fries were excellent and the lamb ragu was fantastic. Lamb is rarely done well so I was pleasantly surprised.

This is one of my favorite places to go to lunch or brunch on those rare sunny SF days. Very classy old school vibe. You really feel the history of the place when you enter. Large windows let the light in. It also has an outside area. Service is always great when I go. They make a mean Moscow Mule too! Go for a drink or a meal. This is a must-go-to destination in SF even if just for the ambiance.

Excellent food and wine in amazing surroundings. The park itself is the most beautiful thing I've seen in San Fran, so the food and service had to be a step above... And they did not disappoint
