Service could be better. Teenagers who don't care about quality service. Not to mention making people have take out because they didn't clean the trays to eat there. Owners need to be aware.

Most people mess up loco moco. Not this place. I was impressed. Seasoned patties, eggs cooked perfect. Using best foods mayo in the mac salad... A little spendy, but no complaints. I will be back. Well done Hilo!
