Sublime. Open since 1999, same man behind the knife. Simply wonderful. Bring someone special here and spend some time. Start with the miso with fresh mushrooms.

Ariake is the real deal. As my Japanese colleagues have affirmed, this is just like Sushi in Japan. Authentic taste, with fish bright in from Japan and all over the world. The staff is friendly and the setting on point.
