The food was fantastic and the sushi chefs were extremely kind and professional. So this is why I gave 3 stars. When you have a party of 6 or more there is an automatic 20% tip which is common in most if not all restaraunts. Our server Shannon, was not attentive because she new she was going to get 20% tip no matter what. She rolled her eyes at my fiance and my friend David while they were ordering and we aren't sure why. She also took David's appetizer before he was done eating it. He tried to stop her from taking it but she just ignored him and kept walking. Once we got our food she didn't check on us again. We had to ask someone else working for to go containers and our check. Then we had to take the check up to Shannon, because as I said, she was neglecting our table. It's a shame she treated us so poorly because this restaurant is quite nice.

Well, they had a good environment, played nice popular music, and have creative sushi rolls, but I have to say I found the customer service some what lacking. I had to wait a while before someone even brought me a menu at the sushi bar, they rarely refilled my water glass and when I asked for all spicy sauces to be removed or on the side for my dishes, the message didn't make it across. As an after note- The sushi chef gave me a little thing on the house to apologize for the goof, which was nice.

We waited almost 30 minutes after being seated before someone showed up to take our order. It was nearly another 30 minutes after that before we finally got our drinks. We ordered gyoza, a California roll, Lion King roll, and a caterpillar roll. We didn't particularly think the food was that great. I usually price sushi places according to how much for a small roll and a large roll and at $6 and $14 respectively, it didn't seem worth it. That wait was too much to bear. We watched other people seated after get their food and drinks, it was as if we were forgotten about. I don't plan to return.
