Very disappointing. After paying a significant amount of money for what was basically bad tourist food. Service was bad and inattentive, and took no interest in service or presentation. Alain Ducasse should remove his name from the utterly disappointing restaurant.

I really didn't like the service, they were very rude. Dishes were way too heavy and didn't have a balance in spices. Fries were overcooked and nearly black. The room was very cafeteria like. There was old fashioned 'tourist treatment'. Not worth the money.

Some of the reviews I read literally made me laugh out loud. If you think a restaurant attached to a popular tourist attraction is a Michelin Star dining experience, you need you to realign your expectations. The menu is a bit on the pricey side however, that is to be expected in such a place. We were willing to pay a little extra for the convenience of not wondering around looking for a place to eat. And most importantly, the food was great! Idk, maybe we are suckers but if you are hungry and want a good meal without the hassle of looking for another place outside of the palace, I highly recommend it.
