My mother, along with some of her church family from St. James African Methodist Episcopal Church (Cleveland) had the honor of placing a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Arlington National Cemetery on Sept 25, 2016. What an honor. Future spectators, if you plan to visit soon... I would suggest that you wear comfortable walking shoes and possibly carry a bottle of water if you're doing the walking tour. The bus tour (of the grounds) is just $12/person. Lastly, visitors parking was $1.75/hour I believe and cash or debit was accepted. *** Debit pay was more convenient tho.
