Not cheapest in town, yet good value for the money in Chiang Mai, maybe the best throughout the country during our 3 weeks trip.
Rooms were remodeled/refurnished in late 2012, everything brand new, fully functional, extra clean and tastefully decorated, super quiet as well despite facing one of the bigger roads in Central Chiang Mai. Everything in walking distance.
The owner and his staff were very friendly and helpful, the kitchen is great too.
