This cafe is a little corner of heaven :) With large windows and plenty of light at any given time, the atmosphere still comes across as relaxing and zen, despite how full it can sometimes get. They serve really great breakfast if you're hungry enough for a meal, and delicious nibbles if you're simply peckish for something while studying. Their smoothies and fresh-pressed juices are so rejuvenating, especially my all-time favorite 'Energy' drink (fresh pressed grapefruit and lemon juice). All in all a great way to start the day, since I can't have coffee (though I hear from friends that they find that excellent too). So really, what's not to love? Go check it out next time you're in the neighborhood!

Excellent food at very reasonable prices in the centre of the city. Delicious sandwiches, salads, soups, smoothies, breakfasts, and much more. Try the ham and cheese or chicken and avocado on a fresh baguette. Or the smoked salmon and cream cheese on a fresh bagel. All come with a generous salad. The price? Under $10. Quick and attentive service. A clean and pleasant environment. Highly recommended.

I love coming here on my very few days off for a little breakfast and to enjoy the ambiance. It feels great to be surrounded by all the plants and sunny windows. Plus the service is wonderful. You won't regret stopping in for one of their homemade scones or fresh smoothies.

A beautiful and peaceful tropical getaway right in the heart of new town Montreal. The effort made by Alex and his team to deliver quality service and a positive ambiance for your hangout with friends, laptop work session or grab and go is impossible not to notice. From lighting, to decor, to personal artistic touches in the food and opening their big windows to let in in the mid summer breeze, for breakfast, lunch wraps, a sweet snack, or even just a hello and good chat with the owner, it's a wonderful spot I've been coming to regularly for years and recommend to everyone.
