i was in the restaurant Saturday evening, and my server Shayla was so nice and she did such a great job. my husband saw one of the managers (I believe her name was Celina) yelling at her and she came back with her eyes puffy, because she was crying. i find it highly unprofessional that manager would do that to their employee(s) and make them keep working so customers have to see them like that.

I've been going to this location for years without complaints. It's consistently a great location. Relaxed atmosphere and the renovations came at a good time and look good. Staff are always friendly and approachable. I've also done takeout while on shift and it's been simple ordering and picking up, including days I can see they're packed in the dining room I've never had mix up's on my pickup order nor do they seem unorganized when I'm picking up. Last time I stopped in was pickup on Father's Day and they were PACKED with many big groups, the hostesses kept checking in with groups waiting for tables and seemed to have a handle. The one feedback point I have there was a staff member who appeared to be manager or supervisor with a big bushy beard. Don't get me wrong, I can respect the hustle and appreciate a good beard but when working in a restaurant or being around food you should be wearing a beard net/mask or have it trimmed. In his position I'm sure he's checking with all his staff including the kitchen as well as touching base with customers and walking through the dining room.

they went under new management not too long ago and plummeted in quality. the waits are bad, the servers have forgotten my order plenty of times, and the quality is poor. i spoke to the manager about the poor quality and he was very timid and mumbled a lot.

Good Boston Pizza chain store location! Predictable food taste and quality. Generally good service by a courteous staff. It is a bit pricey, like other Boston Pizza locations so my wife and I generally go there for a treat. I recommend.

Nimble, quality service! And, they kept our ice cream cake cold until we were ready to eat it :) We came in with what became a large group of people. It started out with 4, then about two people added every 15 minutes till we reached about 16 people. The Waitresses truly had their work cut out for them! But they kept all of our orders and all of our bills straight and did an amazing job accommodating are very needs. The service was stellar and the food was excellent!

I sat at the bar on Saturday night, and I have to say I had a great time. The servers were so awesome. I have been there 7 or 8 times now and every time is been a wonderful experience. And its all because of the friendly staff. Stay cool girls. You sure know how to make your clients feel welcome. And fast service to go with it. See u again soon I hope
