Not sure if it's because I have like 3 exs who work here or what, but every time I ask for "extra ketchup" they put approximately 0 ketchups in my bag. EDIT: My mistake, 3 exs at wye road location. This one we're up to 4 I think. Nevertheless, I deserve my ketchup.

Almost everyone has a had a Dairy Queen ice cream product whether it be a blizzard a sundae or a soft serve cone. But if you haven't been here before you are missing out on an experience. With different mix ins and constantly changing seasonal or promotional events. It's impossible to get tired of the cold treat. And this is coming from someone who's lactose intolerant. Trust me the pain is worth it.

I came in to enjoy a nice afternoon and when I walked in the store entrance was poorly maintained and smelled off, I then was assisted by Elijah on the til he was not attentive and was not listening to what I was asking for and we went through my order a few times before it was right. After I recieved my food it was good except for my dessert I got a banana split , the banana that they had used was rotten and tasted off ruining my banana split, at this point I had already left before I could ask for a refund, I deeply saddened by the quality of this restaurant putting the long standing desert chain to shame.

Super helpful staff !! We live 40 minutes from Dairy Queen and they willingly gave me a bag of ice to put in my cooler with the ice cream to get it home! Thank you so much :) will be back again for sure.

It was great. The staff were very professional for the young and women they are and they made my day. Their compassionate smiles brightened my soul and I felt rejuvenated! The food was perfect and the accuracy was on point! I love Dairy Queen! This is why they are the best. It's not just the food but the staff! You go hard like Majin Buu! So proud of youuu!

The staff were wonderful. We wanted an ice cream cake to share in store for a birthday party and the staff completely accommodated our special request. Then we stayed a little bit past closing time and they didn't bother us at all because they were cleaning up anyway. A wonderful experience. Thank you!
