If I could rate this higher, I most certainly would. Ordered a pizza at the beginning of this week, and the gentleman on the phone was absolutely incredible to speak with. When I was unclear about my order, he took the time to clarify what I wanted, unlike many pizza places who simply say “yep come pick it up in 20”. When I received the pizza, it was a)inexpensive, and b) insanely good. The gentleman at the counter upon pick up was very friendly and showed amazing customer service! Very pleased and will most definitely be a repeat customer!!!

Elder balding man there had terrible customer service, impatient and unreasonable. Thought it was a restaurant to hang out and get food but was treated it like pick up only, which is okay if it was advertised to be just that. I'm sure the food would be good but need to work on being basic human beings to customers and not intolerant and impatient. We decided to not even order because of rudeness.

Love the pizza and poutine. Delivery is always fast and courteous. The only thing I don’t like about this place is calling in an order. The staff who answer the phone are not overly friendly and pretty much make you feel like you’re bothering them when you call. But I still rate it 5 stars. The food makes up for their ignorance.
