My night first start with an online order that did not go through to the shop, so after my delivery was 30 mins late, we rang and got little help. So flatmate went to store and due to wait, requested a delivery. 1 hour later it turned up cold. We had to call again, where they sent out another meal. So 2.5 hours after my first order, we got our food.

Ordered online, they forgot parts of our order, it came 15 mins later than projected, the food was so soggy and gross that we couldn't eat it the chips were soggy and were not cooked properly. Called the store and they were not helpful. The offered to replace a meal the next time we go in but I don't think that we will.
