This is the worst Tim Hortons ever. Most of the time they don't have the stuff and they always ,mess up with your order. Their drive through team is always in somekind of rush, though I undersatnd that Timmies have a timer on window but that does not mean you make a customer feel that you are the most unwanted person. They literally throw the order at you saying we are on timers! I ordered bagel which was not toasted at all, thank fully they didn't throw a frozen bagel on me. I will highly recommend everyone to not go there and i would like to make a humble request to management to please hire efficient and friendly staff!!

Don’t come here. Stupid wait. McDonald’s and Starbucks either side and you could go to both before you get served at the slowest Tim Hortons ever. Period.

Ok. Just a coffee shop. Good coffee. Good sandwiches. Soups. Chilli. And don't forget the donuts tea biscuits& croissants.

Good coffee. Horrible customer service, staff are rude. I always hear them yelling at each other.. or they're just talking really loud.. and their bathrooms aren't even wheelchair accessible. They need to update their washrooms and staff! And their washroom stalls are SO small.. I'm not claustrophobic.. but these stalls definitely make you feel as though you are! Insane!!!

Tim Horton's are pretty much the same. I usually don't go to them but ar least this place was clean, fast and the rest rooms were clean. So far every time l visit Bolton l have had good experiences.

Drive thru is very slow during the week. Coffee is good. Night food is poor. Day time food is better.

I really don't like to give poor reviews. But honestly, this place really needs to step up their customer service skills. Nothing against the food or anything like that - that's all good. But man oh man, the staff. One time I said thank you after receiving my order and the lady in a rude tone said "YEP!" ... excuse me? This is just one example. I could write many but I've already wrote enough. Anyway. They just don't know the first thing about serving people. Please. Provide some training.
