Would give it a better rating if they cleaned the place more often and treated their inside customers half as good as the drive though customers! 10 cars usually get served while only 3 customers inside get served. Something is wrong with that picture.

Large coffee, not even close to anywhere being full. Pay full price, get 3/4 in return.

Its pretty slow. I stopped going there anytime before 6pm. 50/50 chance of getting the drink that you ordered

Perhaps one of the worst Tim Horton’s in the Tri-cities area. Went through their drive-thru the last 3 times and never got what I ordered - not once! Do they know what ‘crispy’ chicken is? What proper steeped tea is? 3 strikes you’re out. Taking my business elsewhere. Needs better management.

I just finished a 7000 km road trip. Finally came back home to my local Tim Hortons to find the worst drive thru experience during that time. This location I happen to have frequented for over a year. They have let me down for the last time - enough for me to actually write a review. I don't want to give one star. But that would be dishonest. They have screwed up the my order 20% of the time in my experience (missing items, wrong items after leaving drive thru). But when you pay for something, that's simply inexcusable. This time not only did they make a mistake on my order. They also took my money, and then explained that they had no hashbrowns. Many, many customers were very angry in the lineup before me. Poor service. Sad. There are quite a few other locations around. I recommend any of those.

I have sensitive hands and fingertips for years of working with my hands. I can't hold hot coffee without a sleeve or I feel like I am being burned. I go to this particular hortons in the morning nearly every day and ask for a sleeve. The last time around the two women at the counter laughed about how I ask for a sleeve, and then told me I have delicate fingers. Thanks guys! I appreciate the awesome comments.
