We've always had a wonderful experience here. Nice wait staff, little to no wait (you can call ahead if needed) and delicious food every time. It can be pricy, but you get more than enough food and it's always served quickly. We've even started collecting the seasonal drink glasses! It may be a "chain" restaurant, but its one of our favorite places to go when celebrating an anniversary or promotion. Definitely recommend it (as long as you aren't allergic to seafood/shellfish). Even in Ohio, it's one of the best places to get "fresh" tasting seafood that's great tasting all the time! Definitely try their speciality drinks too... They're always wonderful!

First off the service was awful. They didn't give you any time to look over the menu to see what you might want. No daily specials were given and the girl just rushed everything. My apetizer came out with my meal and was not even cooked all the way. I ordered the ultimate feast and was served cold lobster tail, soft rubber crab legs. The only thing really fresh was the broccoli. Do not waste your money here.

The server, James, was very unatentative. Drinks- he took 15 minutes each time to bring the beverages. Food- was delivered by the manger in a reasonable time. Busing the table- he did not incrementally bus the table, he allowed each courses dishes to remain on table until we were all finished. Basically he sucked. The service can turn a mediocre meal into a very enjoyable one; conversely poor service can make good food into a crappy experience. What do you think James did tonight?

I loved this place! We went during a slow time. The waiter was very friendly and attentive to our needs. I went with my son and his girlfriend. It was their first time going to red lobster. Thank you for making it a fun and relaxing experience!
