Disappointing Service, I will NOT return. Took my lawn tractor there because it wouldn't start. Specially asked Moe in service how much to diagnose the problem and quote me a price, he told me 30 minutes labour. I told him to go ahead, spend 30 minutes diagnose the problem and call me. When he called me he tells me that they have spent 1.7 hours on the tractor and then quotes me a price for what is needed to fix the tractor. When I pick up the tractor, I voice my displeasure, they lower the labour from 1.7 hrs to 1 hrs, still 2 times the labour I was quoted for an estimate. They ordered the carb that I needed, quoted me one price and when it arrived, informed me that I owed $10 extra for shipping, just as an additional "slap in the face". I am not asking for anyone to work for free, I am only asking for them to do what I say, say what they will do and do what they say. Paul

we have been doing business with them for at least 20 years. they will work with you and find the parts you need in a pinch. they have good mechanics that are not afraid to come out to the field in a hurry and fix a mechanical problems. Dave runs a good business and a good sales crew. don't see our business with them ending any time soon.
