good food on occasion but the service takes a 1-2 star. Placed a to go order estimated 10-15 minutes, after arriving 15 minute after calling i was told it'd be another 10 minutes or so (keep in mind there were not many people dining it at this time). 30 minutes later i asked if there was an issue, the sushi chef went to check on my order (since i wasn't acknowledged by any other member of the staff) and proceeds to say something i did not understand to another worker... laughed... then told me it would be another 10 minutes. I asked for a refund after the disrespect. I have also dined in at Tadashi, and my entire table got their food 10-15 minutes apart, and our server failed to visit our table unless food was being delivered. i would recommend better staff training..

The bento box with beef bulgogi was sooo much food! It all tasted awesome. Had the Wiesen beer too, excellent flavor. The staff was friendly, attentive but not a pest.

Really like this place especially during happy hour. Would have been 5 stars but service has been a little sloppy as of late. Last trip didn't see our server for at least 15 minutes and when it was time for the bill had to hunt someone down. Hopefully this area shows improvement on next visit.

Beautiful presentation. Just stopped for a snack and were pleased to be seated quickly even though the place was packed. We got the Volcano. It was good but better at Tomo but we saw a Lake Travis and were so impressed we shall come back to try it. Took a pic of a Hawaiian Sunset since it looked interesting. Great Sake too. Definitely coming back.

Great food, but the service has been pretty slow the few times we've been there. Even though it's right next to the movie theater, I would not go there before a show if you have less than an hour and a half before your showtime. But let me reiterate, the food is terrific. We've had several of the appetizers, the sea bass entree, and six or seven different rolls and everything has been very high quality and delicious. The sea bass dish was especially good. I highly recommend it.
