National Ice cream day was a grand success when the buy one get one promotion for downloading the app was not honored-all served with an attitude on top. I know, firsthand, what it's like to work in the food industry(especially in a rush) but customer service should be a main priority in any job always. Very dissatisfied with cold service. Not to mention, the bathrooms were absolutely filthy. Not returning here again and wouldn't trust the food prepping conditions if the basic restroom maintenance can't even be bothered to be kept up with.

Where should I start, well to begin with the ice cream and service was great. However, not sure how fresh the fruits being served are as the ice cream along with the fruits caused one of my family members to faint, throw up, and become disoriented immediately after having the ice cream combined with the fruits. This was overall a terrifying experience, will not ever go here again. Hygiene and sanitary wise I am not quite sure how clean this facility is and how often the fruit being served is changed. I don’t recommend this business to anyone.
