It took 20 minutes to get two $5 meals. Other customers there were waiting even longer and then on top of waiting orders were being messed up. Wrong orders given to the wrong person whom opened the box and took it back to them to correct. Instead of getting rid of the box because a customer touched it the proceeded to close it and find the person it belonged to without even thinking that other customer could have touched the food or done something to it. In today's world you can't be careful. This was shocking to me. I remember working fast food and if the wrong food was given out u either let them the customer keep it and correct the order OR u take it back throw it out and correct the order and I see it happen still to this day in other fast food chains. It will be a LONG time before eat here again!

I had the one of their bowls which was decent. I had ordered a soda and when I went to fill up I took out my phone's flashlight to ensure the underside of the soda dispenser was clean as I always do at a self-serve soda machine. It was crawling with mold. I notified the manager and did not want to drink anything from that location. I will be back to check if they have cleaned and maintained the cleanliness.

At that time the building was still new but they had nasty air vents actually dripping water substance all the way around the food areas. I went back after they fixed it and watched them make our food from drive thru with no gloves. Money, then food, then window, and back to food. Repeat... Ugh Also, please change the oil every week at least. TY

Significant changes here. Dining room is open, bright and welcoming. Staff receptive and helpful. Visited during a busy lunch where guests navigated the line quickly to place their orders and collect their meals. Our food was served prompt, correct, and the right temperature. Four satisfied customers, for sure.
