This place is really good. I don't give out a lot of 5 star ratings but this place deserves it. I have never heard of anyone having a bad meal, and I have been here several times. I guess the only bad thing I could say is that it gets busy and it can be difficult to park, so plan accordingly.

I went here with my fiance and it was very good! I've never gotten so many scallops before! He got the oyster roll and it was huge with many large oysters. The sides weren't anything special, but we were there for the seafood!

Met a friend for a leisurely lunch. Beautiful location on the waterfront in Bristol, RI...great place to watch the boat traffic and scenery of Bristol harbor. Fresh fish is the best..and RI fare such as chowder and clamcakes and lobster rolls. Need time to eat here..it can get crowded, so you may end up waiting a while for you table and then the meal....but good food, pretty view, good accessiblity. Expensive.

I have been going to this place before it was a restaurant. I went today for lunch and ordered the Fisherman's Stew which I always get and ordered a side of calamari. I tasted the stew and it was cold and sour. So I told the girl and she said she would bring another. Meanwhile I ate the calamari. It was so bland. No seasoning whatsoever or salt. The worse calamari I ever had. Chewy, bland rings of batter. So she brings me another stew and I tasted it. It was hot but sour. It tasted awful. So I saw the owner arrive (which I've seen over the years) and asked him to come over and I told him and I asked him to taste it. He did and said to the cooks this stew is sour. I saw the line of cooks in the kitchen and it was all young kids. This restaurant unfortunately is all about location and not about the food. It seriously needs a good chef improving on the recipes with flavor and seasonings and consistency. With the high prices that money should be put to good use in the kitchen.
