We were served a great glass of champagne, accompanied by complimentary bread and radish. We then had the chef's menu, which is great value! A glass of white wine, chosen perfectly by the waiter to go with our main dish was delicious. The food was special, waiting staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Cosy seating on the front terrace!

Started with chefs tasting of tuna carpaccio, chicken spring rolls (chefs specialty appetizer), shrimp in herbs w/salt&pepper Jasmine rice , skin on pan seared "rouget" or red mullet with fresh fennel in chorizo reduction. My wife had a lovely Chablis and I had a fantastic Grande Cru Champagne. Finishing with a sabayon and champagne ice cream with fresh blueberries, strawberries, lingonberrries, and raspberries. Nikolai is a great waiter!
