Nice place. Staff a little more occupied with throwing jokes at each other in Italian than service. The carbonara was cream based, which although popular in Berlin and easier to make en masse, is very far from the traditional Italian recipe. With that, it still somehow ended up being extreeeemly salty. Wanted to charge me extra for Parmesan............

My first experience was nice. It was at lunch time. But second we went just after the lunch hours, and everything was weird. It was empty, the food looked unprofessional, salty pasta with no garnish, burned pizza. They let us bring our dog in, which is a plus.

Although the place looks good, plates are very very salty. Way too much, you can't taste the food behind the salt. Bread is even saltier, so you can't even make the salt pass through. And you have to ask for water 3 times at least before getting anything, as if they want you to buy beer to pass it down. Huge warning to anyone with heart disease, it will trigger a break down.

This restaurant was only 2 minutes away from my hotel and it was the best restaurant I've been to in a long time. Nice warm welcome as we walk in and friendly staff. The restaurant looks beautiful inside and they played soft Italian music whilst we dined. The food was amazing (I highly recommend the bruschetta). If I was to come back to Berlin in the future then I would eat here.
