The best and only one Indian 'All you can eat' buffet in Ulm. It is open at noon and offers a good choice between two or three different curries, Dal and/or Pakora. They always have fresh Naan bread, some fresh veggies and chicken- or lentils- soup. This is also a good stop for vegans. The food is delicious and not oversalted as it's common in many Chinese buffets. The price is either 8 euro during working week or 9 euro on weekends.
