Wild About Nature 2016-11-22

I was unsure how I was going to feel visiting but was instantly swept up in emotion and awe as to what they have achieved since 9/11. The two memorial pools are breathtaking but it was the museum that completely blew me away. It's quite simply staggering in its construction and its respect to those that perished. It's perfectly balanced and I can't remember a time I have spent so long in a 'museum' there's so much to see as it's colossal but bring tissues because you'll need them. Please don't be put off by the fact that it will emotional as there's hope and unity mixed in perfectly too and you'll leave feeling both a little worn out but elated too. If you are visiting New York and don't visit the 9/11 memorials and museum then you've missed the best bits!

NY is an amazing place, and I went here, once upon a time. 9/11 was very bad. Horrible attack. I felt empathetic when I saw all of those names on that wall. Nearly cried. Rest in peace, my people. But, good place to see, nice to walk around, good introductory video inside. I spent almost five hours in there. It was also fun to see all of the things they've done with the trade center since the day, I liked that they're trying their best to rebuild it. Good job, guys.
