+ all the things there are real. - they do not care about things and they are in very bad conditions. It is sad to see, how things fall apart.

Great museum! Packed with real equipment as a museum should be. No IMAX, charts and plaques that I can see at home. The real deal! Edit: We visited again in 5/2016 Still great!

Not a museum, but a junk yard. Worth a quick look outside (be careful, specially with kids, lots of sharp rusty bits) but don't go in! Inside is packed with 'things', mostly broken rusty bits, mostly irrelevant. Expensive for what is on display. They are obviously trying - badly - to cash in on the D-Day mania. The word from the locals is that they survive on the good name of the other local museum, Overlord Museum, and that they are in trouble with the local authorities.
